Some of our recent projects include the following:

Regency Toyota Service Centre, Vancouver, BC

In January 2014, The Regency Group developed a brand new, 29,000 SF state-of-the-art Service Centre facility located at 738 Evans Ave. Operations of this facility are managed by the firm’s subsidiary, Regency Auto.

Regency Lexus Sales Showroom, Vancouver, BC

In February 2014, The Regency Group developed tenant improvements after acquiring the entire commercial space of Kits360 at 2288 Burrard St. Operations of this facility are managed by the firm’s subsidiary, Regency Auto.

AACo Project (QL – CQY-I) LTD., Mark on 10th, Calgary, AB

This project was a joint venture led by Qualex-Landmark comprising a 35-story multi-family residential tower. Currently under construction. This project is managed by Qualex-Landmark.

The Five Points, North Vancouver, BC

Commercial-Residential mixed use project currently under development. The project will offer 44 residential and 6 commercial retail units for sale.

This project is being managed by The Regency Group. Project budget is in excess of $20 million.

AACo Project (QL-NV1) Ltd., 700 Block East 3rd Street, North Vancouver, BC

Currently in development, this project represents a joint venture with Qualex-Landmark comprising a multi-family low-rise real estate development. The project includes over 150,000 SF of newly constructed space for residential homes.

421 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC

Tenant improvement project for the new head office of The Regency Group, completed in May 2015.

TRG (Patillo Rd) Holdings Ltd., 288 Patillo Road, Windsor, ON

Completed in November 2016, ARCK Equity Partners invested in the development of a new, custom built 27,000 SF manufacturing facility located on 4.5 acres in Windsor, ON. The new facility features manufacturing space to accommodate the operations of IATGlobal Manufacturing Ltd.’s Windsor Branch and includes state of the art equipment to ensure a clean, productive environment for manufacturing operations.

TRG (Bloomfield) Holdings Ltd., Bloomfield Business Park, Chatham, ON

In the development of a new, custom built 37,157 SF manufacturing facility located on 4.8 acres in Chatham, ON. The new facility features clean assembly areas, tool and inspection rooms, and over 10,000 SF of office space to accommodate the operations of IATGlobal Manufacturing Ltd.’s Chatham Branch and includes state of the art equipment to ensure a clean, productive environment for its automation and special machine design and build operations.

TRG (Marcon-W63 Ave) Project Ltd., Reside, Vancouver, BC

Currently in development, this project represents a joint venture with Marcon comprising a multi-family low-rise real estate development. The project includes over 40,000 SF of newly constructed space for residential homes.

Regency Lexus Parts & Service Centre, 620 Evans Avenue, Vancouver, BC

After successfully operating at 620 Evans for nearly 10 years, the parts and service operations of Regency Lexus have outgrown its existing space and The Regency Group is in the progress of developing an expansion to that site, which will include additional technician bays, an improved customer lounge area and a drive-through for customer drop-off. Completion of this addition is expected in late 2020.
