Business Overview
The Regency Group manages assets in three distinct classes: Real Estate, Automotive and Private Capital. While each division has its own specific characteristics, our Core Values govern the operations of each of our businesses.
Real Estate Division
We currently maintain a portfolio of income-producing assets in commercial, residential and retail sectors as well as investments in multi-family residential development. Our development assets include joint-venture partnerships, minority equity positions as well as our own development projects (residential as well as commercial).
Automotive Division
Automotive retail is where our business started and we will always maintain an exposure to this sector, seeking growth opportunities via acquisition where there is a strategic fit. Our Automotive portfolio currently includes OEM brands including Lexus, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
Private Capital Division
Our Private Capital division comprises investments in private and publicly-traded companies, which we view as long-term holdings. We are not focused on quarterly earnings, rather we look for long term, sustainable growth. We actively pursue buyouts, recapitalizations as well as select venture funding.
