Some of our recent projects include the following:
In January 2014, The Regency Group developed a brand new, 29,000 SF state-of-the-art Service Centre facility located at 738 Evans Ave. Operations of this facility are managed by the firm’s subsidiary, Regency Auto.
In February 2014, The Regency Group developed tenant improvements after acquiring the entire commercial space of Kits360 at 2288 Burrard St. Operations of this facility are managed by the firm’s subsidiary, Regency Auto.
Commercial-Residential mixed use project currently under development. The project will offer 44 residential and 6 commercial retail units for sale.
This project is being managed by The Regency Group. Project budget is in excess of $20 million.

Completed in November 2016, ARCK Equity Partners invested in the development of a new, custom built 27,000 SF manufacturing facility located on 4.5 acres in Windsor, ON. The new facility features manufacturing space to accommodate the operations of IATGlobal Manufacturing Ltd.’s Windsor Branch and includes state of the art equipment to ensure a clean, productive environment for manufacturing operations.
In the development of a new, custom built 37,157 SF manufacturing facility located on 4.8 acres in Chatham, ON. The new facility features clean assembly areas, tool and inspection rooms, and over 10,000 SF of office space to accommodate the operations of IATGlobal Manufacturing Ltd.’s Chatham Branch and includes state of the art equipment to ensure a clean, productive environment for its automation and special machine design and build operations.
After successfully operating at 620 Evans for nearly 10 years, the parts and service operations of Regency Lexus have outgrown its existing space and The Regency Group is in the progress of developing an expansion to that site, which will include additional technician bays, an improved customer lounge area and a drive-through for customer drop-off. Completion of this addition is expected in late 2020.
